The rooms are spotless and have MAGNIFICENT view to a garden in the center of Shanghai. The location is favourable, 0.5 miles from the airport. The hotel is in a wonderful area.

The service here is top-notch, with helpful staff always available to assist us. The room amenities provided, such as the heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, added to our comfort. The patio was a nice touch, and we appreciated the soundproofed rooms that ensured a peaceful stay.

Great location, within 10 minutes of Jin'an Temple. The staff was accommodating and quickly accommodated a room change. The happy hour at the bar was a lovely way to relax in the evening. The hotel building and modern design were impressive. Room 619 was amazing.

The Wi-Fi could be a little spotty at times, and the temperature in the room was a bit warm due to the centrally controlled air conditioning. It would have been nice to be able to fully open the balcony windows.

It's great to be away from the tourist areas and there are metro stations nearby to go to tourist attractions. Although the rooms are nice, there is a loud highway just outside which could be disturbing.
